Top Ten Tuesday #17

Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted by The Broke and the Bookish

This weeks topic is....

Top Ten Books I've Read So Far In 2013

Oh oh oh...this should be super fun :) And hard to narrow down. I've read 95 books so far this year and there have been quite a few good ones. I got it down to 10...plus quite a few honorable mentions haha.

#1

Real (Real, Raw & Ripped #1) by Katy Evans

This book has currently ruined me for any other contemporary at the moment.  Remington Tate has ruined all men for me. This book is a RUINER and I love it

#2

No Attachments by Tiffany King

If this book does not touch you in any way you are a cold hearted robot.  I cannot recommend this book enough!

#3

Black City (Black City #1) and Phoenix (Black City #2)
by Elizabeth Richards

These have become part of my absolute favorite Dystopian series so far. I was hooked from the start of Black City and I'm eagerly awaiting the third installment...NEXT YEAR ugh...so far away :(

#4

Losing It (Losing It #1) and Faking It (Losing It #2)
by Cora Carmack

Okay so TECHNICALLY I haven't read Faking it...YET. I'm trying to find time to work it into my reading schedule but, it's merely a technicality. I'm going to love it and I don't need to have finished it to tell you that one. Losing It was just perfection and I can't wait to get into Faking it :D

#5

Girl With Guitar (Kylie Ryans #1) by Caisey Quinn

I absolutely adore this book. Highly addictive and impossible to put down. It stole my heart.

#6

This Love by Nazarea Andrews

This is a must read. It's super sexy and so full of all that NA heart wrenching goodness. I miss it already. And Atticus? H O T!

#7

The Collector (Dante Walker #1) by Victoria Scott

You do not simply make a list like this and NOT include Dante freaking Walker! Can't wait for The Liberator. I'm going through  some serious Dante withdrawals. Sigh...

#8

Beauty and the Wolf (The Cursed Princes #1) by Marina Myles

This was a result one of those binge clicking sessions on NetGalley. But I love fairy tale retellings very much. I fell in love with this one. It brought me back to the Historical Romances that I used to solely read and love, mixed with a bit of the paranormal and I found it to be a nice little piece of perfection. I believe the next one is titled Snow White and the Vampire? Can't wait!!

#9

Being Henry David by Cal Armistead

This was such a good debut novel. It hooked me instantly and had me captivated with every page turned. Can't wait to read more from this author in the future.

#10

Invisible by Mari Bates

I adore this book. It is quirky and funny and a very light and quick read. Totally made me a Marni Bates fangirl!

Honorable Mentions
Because I can never just leave it at ten...

Covenant Series | Lux Series | Wait For You by Jennifer L Armentout
Suddenly Beautiful by Boone Brux
The Testing by Joelle Charbonneau
Hopeless | Slammed Series by Colleen Hoover
The Ganzfield Series by Kate Kaynak
Zoo by Tara Elizabeth
My Life Next Door by Huntley Fitzpatrick

This was pre-wrtitten about a week ago and since then I'd probably be adding these three up top instead of in the honorable mention section but I'm seriously too lazy to edit all of that. Too much work put into it so just know that these are more top ten!

The Bane (The Eden Trilogy #1) and The Human (The Eden Trilogy #2) by Keary Taylor
Tangled (Tangled #1) by Emma Chase

Did you have an easier time than I did sticking to 10? What did you come up with? Leave me a link in the comments so I can come say hi! :)
