Weekly Haul #35

Stacking the shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga's Reviews. It's basically a way in which we get to show off the lovely new goodies we got over the past week/month however you decide to do it.

Don't make me say it. Are you guys gonna make me say it again? Oh screw it! I want to say it again because I FREAKING LOVE ENTANGLED PUBLISHING! Okay there I said it. Now we can move on. Don't know if anybody else was following but on their site last weekish they had this week long thing going on about the worst pickup lines EVER authors had heard that worked. If  you hadn't heard of it the stories really are funny and worth a read, you can find them here. Anyway they had a giveaway going and all you had to do was answer a question about each one of the stories and...I FREAKING WON! Helllllllllloooo Amazon I am about to destroy a gift card. (Okay so it already happened but I felt like that needed to be said.)

A few of these I actually got last week but I had already typed up and formatted my post so I went lazy mode and decided to add them to this weeks. Not that it matters there's still a lot. What do you expect when Sheri has a gift card?? SHE BUYS ALL THE FREAKING BOOKS!

Review:

Her Hot Number by Talia Hunter

Saving the CEO by Jenny Holiday

Unethical by Jennifer Blackwood
I've finished all three of these already and they were great!

The Doctor's Fake Fiancee (Red River #3) by Victoria James
This one still has hold of my heart...sigh.

Light Her Fire by Samanthe Beck

Chasing Temptation (Chasing Love #2) by Joya Ryan

Exposed by Fate (Serve #2) by Tessa Bailey

Someday Maybe (Definitely Maybe #2) by Ophelia London
A modern take on Persuasion by Jane Austen and it was really good!

I still have a few of these books to read still but look for all of their reviews on the 20th!
**A huge thank you to Entangled Publishing for all of these!!**

Bought:

The Well of Ascension (Mistborn #2) by Brandon Sanderson

The Hero of Ages (Mistborn #3) by Brandon Sanderson

The Alloy of Law (Mistborn #4) by Brandon Sanderson
Even though I had already planned on reading these...someday...Nikki over at There Were Books Involved's absolute passion over this series kicked my bum in gear and had me start Mistborn right away. Of course I'm loving it so I need to get my hands on these asap!

Meant to Be (The Saving Angels #1) by Tiffany King

Forgotten Souls (The Saving Angels #2) by Tiffany King

The Ascended (The Saving Angels #3) by Tiffany King
At the time I bought these back toward the beginning of the week the entire set of 3 books was on sale for $99 cents and I adore Tiffany King so I could not pass a deal like that up! Not sure if the deal is still going on by the time this gets posted though.

Becoming Calder (A Sign of Love) by Mia Sheridan

Finding Eden (A Sign of Love) by Mia Sheridan

Leo (A Sign of Love) by Mia Sheridan
This is a series of standalone books. Each one is about different characters and they each represent a sign of the zodiac. I read Archer's Voice a couple months back and I swear that book rocked my freaking soul. I really need to read all the books after that one. Pre-Ordered Becoming Calder a few weeks back because a few people on Goodreads were raaaaaving. Eeep!

TheAssassinsBlade-M photo TheAssassinsBladeM_zpsf816335e.jpg

Boomerang (Boomerang #1) by Noelle August
I've seen lots of praise for this one from quite a few people actually. Plus the cover is freaking adorable!

No More Mr. Nice Guy by Amy Andrews
My most favorite Entangled Brazen book ever. I'm not joking. You can't get any better than this one I highly recommend it!

The Assassin's Blade (Throne of Glass #0.1-0.5) by Sarah J. Maas
I have the first book in the series but I've been told by more than one person that you really should start with the novellas because they are just as good. Can't wait!

In Her Wake (Ten Tiny Breaths #0.5) by K.A. Tucker

One Tiny Lie (Ten Tiny Breaths #2) by K. A. Tucker

Four Seconds to Lose (Ten Tiny Breaths #3) by K.A. Tucker

Five Ways to Fall (Ten Tiny Breaths #4) by K.A. Tucker
So last weekend I finally finished Ten Tiny Breaths...then immediately did this. It was my one big splurge but I had to. I can't wait to read everyone's stories!! I think I'm most excited for Four Seconds to Lose. There's something about Cain I absolutely love.

  3. Amazing haul this week, so many brilliant books. I love the Throne of Glass series, I'd suggest reading the first book first and then the novellas. It's the order they were published in and I think it works better that way. I hope you enjoy all of your reads this week :) Here's my STS.
