This
week's topic is...
Top Ten Sequels I Can't Wait To Get:
This was actually a harder topic than I thought it was going to be. The number of series that I've started and haven't finished is simply ridiculous. The problem is most of them I have all the books I just sometimes have a very bad habit of not finishing them. But going through my favorites shelf on Goodreads I managed to scrounge together a list of ten books I can't wait to get my hands on.
(Bayonet Scars #4)
by J.C. Emery
Jeremy has been slowly worming his way into my heart in this series ever since Thrash. I can't wait to see what's going to come of him and Cheyenne. I already know he's going to mess up...a LOT but I'm excited to see him find his way!
(Bayonet Scars #5)
by J.C. Emery
Ian has had me very curious ever since book one. He's very quiet and from what other people in the book have mentioned about him...kinda messed up. What can I say I like the broken boys!
(The Dark Elements #3)
by Jennifer L. Armentrout
Honestly this one almost has me more scared than excited. Roth. Zayne. Roth. Zayne. Ahhh! Excuse me while I go rock in the corner until it's in my hands...
(The Collectors' Society #2)
by Heather Lyons
I need book two in my life. No, I don't want it I NEED it. Sigh. More Finn please!
(The Fine Art of Pretending #2)
by Rachel Harris
It's so funny because while reading the first book I honestly didn't think I was going to like Justin. I kept waiting and waiting for him to turn into this super jerk that I instantly assumed he was going to be. And yet he did the opposite. He got sweeter and sweeter and while I was head over heels for Brandon, there was also no denying I was falling for Justin as well. I can't wait to read his story!!
(Hope Springs #2)
by Cindi Madsen
So I'm not even sure what this one is going to be about or who will be in it or anything but I love, love, loved Second Chance Ranch and Cindi Madsen's writing style so whatever it's going to be I feel confident in saying it'll be awesome!
(Marked Men #6)
by Jay Crownover
I haven't even read Nash or Rowdy's books yet, which I'm now trying to figure out why that is and wanting to fix that right away. Anyway, I really want to get to know Asa better and I'm hoping he really has turned his life around. I've got a little soft spot in my heart for him!
(Club Sin #5)
by Stacey Kennedy
You know I always thought I was most looking forward to the third book in this series, Desired, Kyler's book. And I can't believe I'm really going to say this but...I think I'm looking forward to this one, Kenzie and Porter's, just a wee bit more. Kenzie is going to be a handful and I cannot wait to see her push Porter's sanity. Because I'm sure she's gonna do it haha! And Porter is all kinds of yum anyway so even better!
(My Life Next Door #2)
by Huntley Fitzpatrick
I liked Tim so much in the first book and I'm dying to see what becomes of him!
(Frigid #2)
by Jennifer L. Armentrout
Well first of all it's JLA so it's only fitting she lands on my list twice but I loved the first book and I can't wait to read Tanner and Andrea's story!
So that's my list for this week. What sequels are you dying to get? Are there any books that I'm missing out on? I could always use a good excuse to buy a new book so leave me the links to your post so I can visit!! :)
I haven't really heard of any of these books but you definitely added some titles to my TBR list. Great list! :)
ReplyDeleteOh man! I came SO close to putting Heather and Rachel's books on here but then didn't because they didn't have official titles. LOL. I'm weird, I know. I forgot all about Scorched! I can't wait for that one either!
ReplyDeleteGreat list :)
