Top Ten Books On My Summer TBR List
This is probably going to be a long list. As in more than 10. There's just so many books I want to read this summer so I'll have quite a few honorable mentions. This is sort of like my summer reading goal. Put a bit of a dent in the TBR pile while trying not to weigh myself down with galleys. *Fingers crossed* !!
Summer TBR Pile
(Not necessarily in order!)
1. The Hazards of Skinny Dipping by Alyssa Rose Ivy
2. Good Vibrations (Welcome to Paradise #1) by S.L. Scott
3. Nantucket Blue by Leila Howland
4. ANY Sarah Dessen
I admit it! I'm a Sarah Dessen virgin. Sigh. I know right? Burn me at the stake!
5. ANY Abbi Glines
I adore her and I'm going through withdrawals!
6. Inhale, Exhale by Sarah M. Ross
7. The Summer I Became a Nerd by Leah Rae Miller
8. How My Summer Went Up in Flames by Jennifer Salvato Doktorski
9. Romancing the R.A. (Campus Crush #1) by Ashelyn Drake
10. The Boys of Summer (Summer #1) by C.J. Duggan
All are currently in either my Nook/Kindle some for a while and I need to read them already! Except Awkward I still need to get it but I want to read it ASAP!
Awkward by Marni Bates
Shark Bait (Grab Your Pole #1) by Jenn Cooksey
The Avery Shaw Experiment by Kelly Oram
Suddenly Royal (Suddenly #1) by Nichole Chase
Come Away With Me (With Me In Seattle #1) by Kristen Proby
Perfect For You (Laurel Heights #1) by Kate Perry
Pushing the Limits (Pushing the Limits #1) by Katie McGarry
Falling Into You (Falling #1) by Jasinda Wilder
So I know that's a few more than 10... Okay it's A LOT more than 10 but I cut it down from a crapload so I think I did good. And it's my goal over the summer to really break through that mother trucking TBR pile of mine. So I'm gonna see how many of these I can make it through by the end of summer!
What are you excited to read from your TBR this summer? Leave me a link in the comments! xx
You are going to love Hazards, Inhale, Exhale, and Suddenly Royal!!!!! I can't wait for you to read them!ReplyDelete
OMG! I've never read a Sarah Dessen either! I put Avery Shaw on my list too, and I need to read a few others on here also. NEED MORE TIME!
Yeah I'm trying to be so good and not jump on tours, netgalley any of that stuff so that I can read the stuff that's been sitting around forever. So far so good with NG at least lolReplyDelete
I have to admit... I'm a Sarah Dessen virgin, too! I've been planning to read The Truth About Forever for a very long time, but I never do it.ReplyDelete
I read Pushing the Limits a few months ago. Brilliant. Possibly my favorite YA Cotemporary Romance, along with Anna and the French Kiss. Actually, I liked it more than Anna. Seriously, get down to it!
I know right! I need to soon. I have a feeling I'm going to absolutely love it so I can't wait :DReplyDelete
You are going to have an awesome Summer. The Truth about Forever is an amazing book and so are the rest of Sarah Dessen's books.ReplyDelete

That's good to hear! I keep seeing her books everywhere I turn and I need to just finally get one and start it. I think Truth about Forever is going to be that book! :DReplyDelete
I really enjoyed the Truth About Forever and Nantucket Blue was a great summer book. Great list, Sheri!ReplyDelete
Oh SO many good books! I have Hazards, haven't read it yet, Nantucket blue I just bought and it arrived in the mail today and is SO pretty. (speaking of pretty, this comment box is at the same level as the cover with hot scruff man -- tangled -- and I got distracted). Anyway. Summer I became a nerd I also want to read because I am a nerd and it sounds fun! Pushing the limits is something i've been meaning to read for foreverrr but haven't yet!! I need to! Also a Dessen virgin. Been meaning to change that. Also, falling into you? It destroyed me. I was crying and then felt so sad...ReplyDelete
